product and disease-specific support for
targeted physicians, patients, and
third-party payers. Clinical liaisons
strive to enhance product knowledge and
instill confidence among health care
professionals and patients. Our clinical
liaison programs are designed to build
product awareness, facilitate appropriate
access, provide REMS education, and drive
adherence. UBC’s clinical liaison team
performed over 40,000 interactions in
2010.

UBC clinical liaisons collaborate with sales professionals to identify patient populations and health care professionals who require education in accordance with manufacturer and regulatory guidelines. Clinical liaisons schedule and conduct educational sessions for patients, office staff, nurses, physicians, pharmacists, and case managers.
