medical call center services to support
manufacturers of biopharmaceuticals and
medical devices throughout the product
launch and growth phases. Through our
“positive first-touch programs”, our
nurses drive increased support for patient
compliance and persistency.
Types of adherence program services:
- Focused telephone outreach to educate patient on disease and drug and to establish expectations for drug therapy; information on other manufacturer-sponsored programs can also be offered.
- Outbound patient communications at key milestones in the patient’s course of therapy, designed to increase compliance and persistency
- Reports to physician on individual or aggregated patient basis
- Comprehensive reporting for manufacturers
Each therapy-specific team is staffed with experienced registered nurses who serve as a resource for patients, caregivers, and health care professionals. They provide product information based on FDA- and manufacturer-approved materials.
