Dr. Branderley Claudio is responsible for supervising the medical aspects of all drug safety activities at UBC in Geneva, including providing medical support to the case processing group and the integrated safety services team. In addition, Dr Claudio is also responsible for leading the safety writing group.
Branderley has extensive experience in medical safety, single-case medical review, signal detection, safety issues management, and risk management in Europe. Prior to his 7 years as the head of a global safety department in Switzerland, Dr Claudio spent more than 20 years as the medical director in the Brazilian branches of several pharmaceutical companies including, Serono and Novartis.
Dr. Claudio holds an MD from Federal University of São Paulo, and is a specialist in clinical pathology.
